Next week we kick off our adult aquatic fitness programs. The schedule of classes is listed below and will adjust based upon participation. Come out see what a great workout you can get! The cost is $10 per class for the instructor led workouts.

Water aerobics is a fun exercise that is great for any age. Whether you are looking for an exercise class, or way to dance, this is the class for you!
Hydro Run
This is not for the faint of heart. Yes, even your fittest men and women will get a workout here. This is the workout injured Olympic runners use to train until they can get back on the road. There is no touching bottom, there are no water wings, there will be a lot of sweating and elevated heart rates. If you are a runner, biker, fitness enthusiast looking for that next level of training, this will be the workout NOT to miss.
**For this class you will need to purchase a water running belt. Tri Fitness will be selling those for you before the class.
Coached Swim
This program will provide group workouts with stroke development techniques built into the program. “Our accomplished coaches will work with you to define your goals, whether you are just jumping in for the first time or you plan on swimming across the English Channel”.
Open lap Swim
Come enjoy the new lap pool at Dellwood and peacefully swim laps on your own.
